These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tikora mobile app and the website tikoralearn.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Your account
Some features of the Service require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us right away.
2. Use of the Service
Tikora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial language learning. You agree to use the Service only in accordance with applicable laws.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Tikora may offer a paid premium subscription with an ad-free experience and extra features. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to the store's terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your store account settings.
- Refunds are handled under the refund policy of the store where you purchased (Apple / Google).
4. Intellectual property
All content, design, images, mascot, logo, text, and software in the Service belong to Tikora and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use this content commercially without prior written permission.
5. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose,
- Reverse engineer the app or attempt to access its source code,
- Compromise the security or integrity of the Service,
- Access or scrape the Service with automated systems (bots, etc.),
- Interfere with other users' ability to use the Service.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tikora does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Tikora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access. You may also stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
